About the role

本ポジションは、機能安全（ISO 26262）およびサイバーセキュリティ（ISO/SAE 21434）の作業成果物を主体的に作成・完結させる実務担当者です。顧客（OEM）側のエンジニアリングプロセスに準拠しながら、オフショアチーム（インド拠点）との連携窓口として機能し、成果物の品質維持・納期管理を担います。 This role is a hands-on practitioner responsible for independently creating and completing Functional Safety (ISO 26262) work products.

What you'll do

  • アイテム定義（Item Definition）/ 安全計画（Safety Plan）/ 影響分析（Impact Analysis）
  • Item Definition / Safety Plan / Impact Analysis/HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment)/Functional Safety Concept (FSC)
  • Test Strategy and Test Specifications for Verification & Validation (ASIL-based)
  • Structuring and defending Safety Case
  • Submit work products to the client's Verification Review and Confirmation Review processes; respond to review findings and bring work products to completion
