About the role

At Coozmoo Digital Solutions, smooth operations are the backbone of our success. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day administration, manage teams efficiently, and ensure seamless workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage daily office operations, administration, and employee support
• Supervise office assistants, vendors, and oversee maintenance and housekeeping
• Track inventory, handle procurement, and manage company assets
• Please identify process gaps and implement operational improvements
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams
