About the role

We are looking for an Admin & Operations Executive who can handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities and ensure that tasks are completed smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, good at follow-ups, comfortable coordinating with different people, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

What you'll do

• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operational activities
• Follow up with clients, vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and operational requirements
• Maintain proper records of ongoing, completed, and upcoming activities
• Identify delays or operational issues and escalate them to the concerned person
