Admin & Studded Quality Trainer

About the role

Recruitment of Trainees and onboarding them as per overall requirement aligning to business need Anchor Monthly review (KPI) meeting on achievements and way forward with all team members Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and timely availability of training consumables, gemstones, and materials required for training programs.

What you'll do

• Conduct inspection training programs and QA/QC certify trainees based on defined quality standards and assessment criteria in studded and Plain products
• Conduct theoretical and practical assessments and certify trainees based on defined competency levels and assessment criteria
• Handle all administration - Entry formalities of new trainees, IR issues of women, Anchor training reviews, mentoring, Escalate deviations in training
• Develop Dashboards to trigger daily progress related to every training that happens at CBC
• Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and timely availability of training consumables, gemstones, and materials required for training programs

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• PowerPoint
• Diploma
