What you'll do

• Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and ground transportation
• Manage complex travel arrangements for VP and C-suite executives, including last-minute changes and high-priority requests
• Coordinate travel and hotel accommodation for trade shows, conferences, and company events
• Negotiate and manage hotel room blocks for groups, attendees, and traveling sales representatives
• Support business travelers with itinerary planning, travel changes, and issue resolution
