Admin Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive with 2–3 years of experience in administrative operations, office management, vendor coordination, and facility management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

What you'll do

• Manage daily administrative activities and ensure the smooth functioning of office operations
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams
• Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility-related activities
• Maintain records, files, invoices, bills, and other administrative documents
