About the role

Liasioning with HR every month to maintain the dashboard for new joiners and exit of people. Tracking and issuance of SIM and data cards to the Staff. Providing SIM cards to new joiners based on the request raised by them on Service Now. Providing data cards to new joiners on sharing line manager's email approval.

What you'll do

• Tracking and issuance of SIM and data cards to the Staff. Providing SIM cards to new joiners based on the request raised by them on Service Now
• Providing data cards to new joiners on sharing line manager's email approval
• Working with Finance for payments and reimbursement
• Arranging to handover iPhone or courier the same depending on user location PAN India
• Working with CP during contract renewal and helping to negotiate tariff for voice & data card before seeking approval from SOM

What you need

• 1–3 years in operations
• Coordination
• Vendor management
• ServiceNow
• Any graduate
