Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO to provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

What you'll do

• Strategic and Business Support: Assist the CEO with business planning, research, and decision-making by gathering relevant insights, conducting research
• Business Operations and Analysis: Monitor key business metrics, review performance data, identify trends, and support the development of operational improvements
• Communication and Documentation: Draft and manage professional emails, business reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes on behalf of the CEO
• Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive business, financial, and organizational information with the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
