About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility management, coordinate with internal departments and vendors, maintain records, and support hospital operations while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards.

What you'll do

• Manage daily administrative operations of the hospital
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services
• Maintain administrative records, files, registers, and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office and non-medical supplies

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience

• B.Com or BBA or MBA
