Admin Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, workplace operations, facilities, and company assets. The role will involve handling IT assets such as laptops and smartphones, basic device setup and troubleshooting, biometric and attendance management, along with general administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations
• Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, and other facility services
• Manage stationery, office supplies, pantry requirements, and general inventory
• Handle courier, visitor management, travel bookings, and employee transportation
• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and office events

What you need
