The Administration Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and facility management activities of the organization. The role ensures smooth office operations, vendor coordination, infrastructure maintenance, travel arrangements, employee support services, and compliance with company policies.

What you'll do

• Responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and facility management activities of the organization
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate day-to-day office administration activities
• Support audits related to administration and facilities
• Maintain records required for compliance and regulatory inspections. Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation
