Administration Executive

About the role

This role is the backbone of our day-to-day office experience — keeping operations smooth, employees supported, and the workplace running at its best. We are seeking an admin executive to manage day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, resilience and a growth mindset.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs as required
• Manage inventory of company merchandise and branding materials such as T-shirts, mugs, diaries, welcome kits, and other office items
• Maintain records of purchases, inventory, and vendor details
• Support employees and leadership with travel-related requirements and documentation
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, procurement, and execution to ensure successful events

What you need
