Administration Executive jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, providing personalised secretarial and administrative support to the executive floor of an intelligence practice.

What you'll do

• Run calendars, correspondence, travel and vendor relationships to a standard where the executive floor never has to think about logistics twice
• Serve as principal point of contact between executives and internal/external counterparties — screening, prioritising and routing
• Run the executive calendar: meetings, appointments, reminders, and a master corporate calendar covering conferences, all-hands and leave
• Handle correspondence — requests, queries and follow-ups — in a professional voice that represents the office well
• Use: Google Workspace, MS Office suite, Travel and expense management platforms, Visitor and facilities management systems
