Administrative Executive

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, office facilities, vendor coordination, and employee support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to administration.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facility partners
• Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry requirements, and inventory
• Handle purchase requests, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, utilities, and facility-related requirements
