Manage reception — visitors, couriers, and access in line with security protocols Coordinate facilities vendors and building management; follow up on issues until resolved — Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense documentation on time — Support travel logistics and onboarding setup for new joiners

• Run day-to-day office operations: supplies, pantry, meeting rooms, and upkeep
• Coordinate facilities vendors and building management; follow up on issues until resolved
