About the role

Assist and be responsible for the transport activities related to employees pick & drop as well as Official visitors as and when required. Help in managing cafeteria Management & able to support for smooth operation in accordance with team Office Management including Inventory management and Assert Management report.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the transport activities related to employees pick & drop as well as Official visitors as and when required
• Help in managing cafeteria Management & able to support for smooth operation in accordance with team
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of the office and the machinery (UPS, PAC system, Split AC, VRV units etc
• Assist in maintaining data Analytics (Budgeting forecast & Facility note keeper)
• Help with Telecom Invoicing & Data tracker
