About the role

The SRE L2 Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of production applications built on the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, IIS, SQL Server). The role focuses on L2 production support, advanced troubleshooting, and proactive reliability engineering to minimise incidents and improve operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Application Operations & Support
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production environments
• Monitor application health (availability, latency, errors, capacity) and take proactive actions
• Perform deployment support, configuration, and environment management for applications ________________________________________ Incident & Problem Management
• Perform L2-level troubleshooting for incidents escalated from L1
