About the role

The purpose of this role is to resolve priority incident tickets and service requests while contributing to incident analysis, change request preparation, and continuous service improvement. CISS-DWS-Image Management_Legacy_Administrator_L2

What you'll do

  • Understands well both local and group policy
  • Review test custom scripts as per the requirements
  • Responsible for image “Online” and “Offline service”
  • Should be able to detect issues with the image proactively
  • Troubleshoot any unforeseen issues with the image and machines being built

What you need

  • 3–5 yrs of experience
  • Office 365
  • Intune
  • Active Directory
  • Machine learning
  • Prompt engineering
  • Windows
  • Any graduate

Good to have
