About the role

The Intune & Remote Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting endpoint devices and remote access solutions across the enterprise environment. This role focuses on Microsoft Intune device management, application deployment, security compliance, remote desktop support, user onboarding/offboarding, and providing technical assistance to end users.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 remote technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, software, and connectivity issues
• Support Remote Desktop Services (RDS), VPN, and remote access solutions
• Resolve incidents related to laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
