About the role

We are seeking a skilled File and Print Services Engineer responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise file servers, print servers, storage systems, and related infrastructure. The candidate will ensure high availability, security, performance, and compliance of file and print services across the organization.

What you'll do

• Administer and support Windows File Servers and Print Servers
• Manage DFS (Distributed File System) , file shares, NTFS permissions, and access control
• Configure and maintain Print Management Services , printer deployments, and queue management
• Perform file server migrations, upgrades, and data transfers
• Monitor storage utilization and capacity planning

What you need

• 6–10 years in it support & networking
• Active Directory
• Windows Server
• ServiceNow
• PowerShell
• Windows
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
