About the role

The Support Administrator for Kubernetes plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our support systems. This role is pivotal in independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analysis to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

What you'll do

  • Provide Operational Support By Leveraging Kubernetes And Ansible To Deploy, Manage, And Troubleshoot Containerized Applications
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Issues, Utilizing Redhat Linux And Azure Cloud Services To Identify And Resolve Underlying Problems Effectively
  • Develop And Maintain Documentation For Knowledge Management, Updating Knowledge Bases With Solutions And Best Practices Related To Kubernetes And Container Orchestration
  • Train And Mentor New Team Members On Support Processes And Tools, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement
  • Ensure Timely Resolution Of Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Prioritizing Tasks Effectively To Manage Workload And Maintain Service Quality
