About the role
The SailPoint L2 Engineer is responsible for providing Level 2 operational support, administration, and troubleshooting for the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow platform and related identity governance processes.
What you'll do
- IAM Operations & Support Provide L2 support for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow platforms
- Monitor identity lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows
- Troubleshoot provisioning, deprovisioning, aggregation, certification, and access request issues
- Investigate and resolve failed tasks, connector issues, synchronization failures, and application integration problems
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement corrective actions
