What you'll do

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Agent force solutions for Sales Cloud processes
• Manage agents, topics, prompts, actions, and sources of knowledge
• Configure and support Data Cloud for Agent force use cases
• Create and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and automation
• Manage Salesforce objects, fields, permissions, and access controls. Tests, troubleshoot, and support solutions before and after deployment

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Salesforce
• SAP
• Google Analytics
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
