About the role

Provide Tier 3 operational support for BMC TrueSight / BladeLogic Server Automation and related configuration and management tooling, with a particular focus on supporting Windows and Unix patching activities. Support Windows and Unix patch catalogue creation, patch analysis and patch deployment activities through BladeLogic tooling.

What you'll do

  • Working knowledge of VMware technologies and virtualised infrastructure operations
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting; Unix shell scripting and Active Directory experience would be advantageous
  • Working knowledge of AI tool sets for future releases of TSSA that will be AI aware
