About the role

The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) plays a critical role in ensuring timely resolution of escalations and incidents within the Support & Operations team. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality service delivery in line with SLA agreements and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive analysis.

What you'll do

• Should be able to set-up, maintenance, upgrades, and replace the latest generation of
• Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customers through Service management tools
• Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various
• Department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution
• F5 LTM/DNS/ASM/AFM domain Fortinet Firewall Hands-on experience for at least 4+ years

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Firewalls
• Routing and switching
• Any graduate

Good to have

• CCNP
• ITIL
