About the role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator to support and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and an enhanced user experience. The resource will be responsible for administration, governance, troubleshooting, licensing, automation, and operational support across Microsoft 365 services.
What you'll do
- Power Platform (basic administration)
- Manage user lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and account modifications
- Configure and manage groups, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, distribution lists, and security groups
- Perform tenant administration activities through Microsoft 365 Admin Center and respective workload admin portals
- Licensing & Identity Management
