ServiceNow Admin and Support Specialist (ITSM)

What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Configure and customize the platform to meet business requirements
  • Develop and implement new workflows, business rules, and automation scripts
