Admission Counsellor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to connect with parents and students, understand their academic requirements, explain our online tuition programme, and convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions. The role involves lead management, parent counselling, demo-class scheduling, follow-ups, objection handling, admission closure, and achievement of assigned revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Lead Management: Contact newly assigned leads promptly through calls and WhatsApp; understand the student's grade, curriculum (IB / IGCSE / other), subjects
• Lead Nurturing: Re-engage non-responsive and undecided parents; maintain follow-up schedules
• Reporting: Update lead status, call outcomes, next follow-up dates, demo status, conversion details, and reasons for lost leads in the CRM or tracker
• KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
• Speed and quality of first contact with assigned leads

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
