Adobe Analytics & Customer Journey Analytics

About the role

The Senior Consultant (Adobe Analytics & Customer Journey Analytics) is a client-facing role that blends deep technical expertise with strong business and marketing acumen. You will partner with clients to understand their unique business objectives and design, build, and deliver tailored analytics solutions across both Adobe Analytics (AA) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

What you'll do

• Gather, document, and help shape business requirements, KPIs, and functional and/or technical specifications
• Create clear project plans and roadmaps with well-defined outcomes
• Design customized measurement solutions and tag/implementation strategies for both Adobe Analytics and CJA
• Implement and configure data collection using Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (Alloy) and Tags (formerly Launch)
• Define and build XDM schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines in Adobe Experience Platform to power CJA
