What you'll do

• Troubleshoots and resolves processing problem and application by providing recommendations or on-site technical support for trials
• Ensures that product quality complaints are reported investigated and closed within stipulated period and corrective actions initiated wherever required
• Training of customers and internal staff for use and benefit of LYB products
• Establish good network with key internal and external stakeholders including customers, machinery manufacturers, OEMs or end users and industry forums
• Market / Application development

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Excel
• Safety management
• PowerPoint
• Food safety
• Chemistry
• B.Tech or B.E. or BBA or MBA
