Advanced Associate, Information Security(Fraud Investigation)

About the role

The Advanced Associate, Information Security, is part of the Pearson Professional Assessments Security Services team responsible for investigating test-security incidents and candidate misconduct across Pearson Professional Assessment’s global network of test centers and online-proctored testing.

What you'll do

• Manage test-security and candidate-misconduct cases from initial intake through investigation, documentation, tracking, remediation, reporting, and closure
• Maintain complete and accurate case records, including incident history, evidence reviewed, investigative analysis, findings, actions taken, and final disposition
• Review testing-session video associated with candidate misconduct and security incidents, identifying and documenting relevant behaviors, events, and evidence
• Prepare clear, accurate reports summarizing video-review and investigative findings for internal stakeholders, management, and test sponsors
• Perform recurring, high-volume case-management and video-review activities, maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout
