Advanced Mech Design Engr

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our VECE team at our Bangalore Design Centre. Candidates with strong experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Mechanical product design are preferred. This role requires an independent technical contributor capable of leading complex product development activities from concept through production release.

• Experience on Value Engineering/Component Engg projects
• Manage VE/CE project liaising with R&D, manufacturing, sourcing and commercial teams to define the work. Monitor progress and manage risks to achieve successful…
• Own technical deliverables, engineering quality, and execution of assigned product development programs
• Develop expertise in the product line and proactively identify product improvement, cost reduction, and growth opportunities
• Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams
