About the role

Create and maintain approved component and vendor lists in collaboration with Category Managers and Product Engineering. Perform Risk-Buy analysis for components to avoid delays in Product Launch.

What you'll do

• Perform Long-Lead-Time (LLT) analysis of the Bill-of-Material (BOM), early in the Design-Phase of New Product Development
• Identify and manage Single-Source and Sole-Source Components in the BOM under development
• Create and maintain approved component and vendor lists in collaboration with Category Managers and Product Engineering
• Perform Risk-Buy analysis for components to avoid delays in Product Launch
