Advanced Specialist - Production

About the role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production management, process optimization, lean manufacturing, and team leadership within the automotive industry. This role is responsible for achieving production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives while driving continuous improvement through the Autoliv Production System (APS).

What you'll do

• Production & Operations Management
• Ensure production teams are effectively resourced and operate according to APS standards
• Drive adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Analyze quality reports and support problem-solving initiatives
