What you'll do

• Build and grow long-term relationships with key brand and agency clients
• Identify and execute renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities aligned with client KPIs
• Use data to generate actionable insights to maximize ROI
• Collaborate across internal teams for operational support, troubleshooting, and billing
• Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews
