Adviser - Planning and Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a motivated finance professional to join our Financial Planning & Analysis services. The person will support and monitor the delivery of our financial planning processes as part of the global shared services team and will also seek to go beyond standard accounting service; to help us deliver the digital finance organization of tomorrow.

What you'll do

• Performance of planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management processes
• Partner closely with Hub and Site based Finance Business Partners and senior Function stakeholders
• Contribute to immediate day-to-day issue resolution and to their long-term improvement in coordination with internal teams and in alignment with the Operating Model
• Continuously improving our processes with an innovative mindset by leveraging data analytics and digital solutions
• Actively contribute to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with the Business Improvement team to drive automation, standardisation

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience

• Chartered Accountant or MBA
