About the role

This job involves overseeing strategies to engage with customers, channel partners, end users and critical influencers and ensure that they have a positive view of the company and better understanding of its products and services. The person should have in depth knowledge of the brands under ASSA ABLOY umbrella and range of products and solutions.

What you'll do

  • In-charge of the Experience centre, manage daily operations
  • Ensure all displays are in function and kept in proper working conditions
  • Engage with customers, provide them with thorough understanding of the products in display
  • Help customer prepare the BOQ as per their requirement
  • Prepare calendar of activities for regular customer engagement
