We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our growing Advisory Team to help us in Settlement Administration Services.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Legal Administration professionals, providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance support
• Allocate resources and manage team workload, and assist leadership with capacity planning, resource forecasting, and operational planning
• Conduct quality reviews, and establish and monitor quality control measures and process compliance standards, to maintain consistency, confidentiality
• Support project planning and documentation by gathering requirements
• Oversee multiple class action administration and legal administration engagements simultaneously
