We are seeking a Senior to join our growing Advisory T eam to help us in Legal Administration Services.

What you'll do

• Execute a range of class action administration tasks, including claims data entry, settlement claims review, deficiency review, and responding to claimant queries
• Manage and monitor multiple project inboxes, ensuring responses are timely and aligned with defined turnaround timelines (TAT)
• Develop a strong understanding of project requirements to provide accurate, consistent, and context-driven responses to claimants
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and team members to stay updated on project developments and ensure accurate communication with stakeholders
• Support project planning and documentation by gathering requirements and maintaining clear, structured records

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Project management
• SOP writing
• Process improvement
• Data analysis
• BBA
