What you'll do
- Scrutiny of petitions, vetting of counter affidavits, pleadings, regulations, agreements, reports, MoU etc
- Analyzing the feasibility and methodology of implementation of court verdicts and orders
- Advice and opine on legal and administrative issues
- Monitoring of litigation of the Institute pending on pan India basis before various courts, tribunals and
- Drafting of speaking/ reasoned orders, agreements, reports, replies, order, OM and other public notices etc
