After Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an After Sales Engineer with experience in equipment servicing, mechanical component replacement, electrical circuit troubleshooting, wiring, and equipment parameter debugging. Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial equipment/machinery after-sales service will be preferred.

What you'll do

• Dismantle, inspect, and replace mechanical components of equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and perform wiring operations on-site
• Perform equipment parameter setting, configuration, and debugging
• Conduct cleaning and machine-operation training for on-site operators
• Inspect equipment after machine use and ensure proper cleaning and operating practices

What you need

• 3–7 yrs of experience
