After Sales Engineer

About the role

Supports Quality function through issue containment. Coordinates sort/rework product to minimize impact on customer. Gathers accurate and complete information for product failures. Communicates to Quality team through established processes. Register & validates warranty status and facilitate warranty returns and replacements or credit note.

What you'll do

• Processing and coordinating for spare movement required for warranty repairs
• Receiving of spare orders, contract review, SO generation, spares arrangement & allocation, co ordination for packing & dispatch
• Receive, Register, Analyze, contain and resolves customer issues adhering to company warranty policies
