Aftermarket Operations Analyst

About the role

We are hiring Finance Analysts for three focus areas: Invoice Vetting, Estimate Vetting and Clawback Support. Your work will support cost efficiency, protect profit margins, and ensure smooth operations for our customers and overhaul bases.

What you'll do

• Manage invoice vetting: Review customer and Aftermarket MRO invoices against defined checklists, contracts and policies, including Fixed Price Repair Catalogue (FPRC)
• Process clawback cases: Review, validate and process cases in line with approved policies, SOPs and authority limits, maintaining complete case records
• Investigate and resolve exceptions: Identify discrepancies, omissions, duplication, anomalies, incomplete information and potential cost risks
• Make and escalate decisions: Approve, reject, return or escalate invoices
• Deliver on time and with quality: Meet agreed turnaround times, quality targets and service levels for Aftermarket MRO invoicing
