About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced senior recruiter to join our team as an Agent Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blue grey collar jobs industry and be able to effectively source and recruit talented individuals for various positions within our organization.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source and screen candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Class 12
