Agentic AI & Copilot Developer

About the role

Design and develop intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for enterprise automation and conversational AI use cases. Build multi-turn dialog flows, adaptive cards, and topic-based conversation design with fallback and escalation handling. Configure and extend agents with custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and REST API integrations for backend orchestration.

What you'll do

• Design and develop intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for enterprise automation and conversational AI use cases
• Build multi-turn dialog flows, adaptive cards, and topic-based conversation design with fallback and escalation handling
• Configure and extend agents with custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and REST API integrations for backend orchestration
• Implement agentic AI workflows using autonomous triggers, action chaining, and goal-based task execution patterns
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft 365 channels — Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Pages portals
