AGM - BD, Aerospace & Defence

About the role

You will build Scimplify's Aerospace & Defence business from the ground up. The first focus is long-term supply of raw materials for land defence vehicle programmes, followed by aerospace, space and other defence platforms. You will work with our R&D, sourcing and manufacturing teams to turn customer specifications into qualified, reliable supply.

What you'll do

• Build and run a pipeline through customer profiling, lead generation, face-to-face meetings and relationship building
• Long-term agreements and contracts
• Negotiate and close long-term supply agreements (LTAs), MSAs and tri-party agreements with clear pricing, EBIT and margin targets
• Structure supply-chain solutions such as material-as-a-service models for large programmes and their sub-contractors
• Government and PSU business

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Business development
• Key account management
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.

What you get
