AGM/DGM Operations | Value Addition - Aluminium Manufacturing

About the role

Head the Value Addition department, including Fabrication, Anodising and Powder Coating functions. 15-20 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience. Exposure to aluminium extrusion manufacturing is a plus. Opportunity to influence operational strategy, workforce development and business performance.

What you'll do

• Lead a critical manufacturing function within a growing industrial organisation
• Manage production planning, scheduling and operational control across multiple manufacturing units
• Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity and operational efficiency
• Ensure production timelines align with customer dispatch requirements
