About the role

In the highly competitive telecom business, Network Quality is the key differentiator of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for Operation and Maintenance of Zonal RAN/MW network, preventive maintenance, WFM KPI to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers. Network uptime for all Technology in the Zone.

What you'll do

• TL – Zonal Technology Manager
• Ensuring to follow the HSW Compliances for self and among teams as per organization guidelines
• Plan and Supervise corrective actions and Preventive Maintenance to improve the Network UPTIME of the Zone
• Provide technical guidance and support to Zonal team in all aspects of RAN network
• Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance
