About the role

The AGM - Planning is supports GKEL and GWEL plants by driving strategic planning, business excellence, ESG integration, plant performance monitoring, and supports business improvement initiatives, while acting as the key strategic interface between the plants’ leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
• Prepare of the Annual Operating Plan for both GKEL and GWEL plants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed action plans for AOP execution and…
• Continuously scan internal and external environments to identify growth opportunities, risks, and formulate strategic alternatives
• Analyze plant-level operational and financial KPIs, prepare strategic insights, and recommend improvement areas to business and functional leadership
