About the role

The Agronomic and manufacturing research lead ASIA will conduct short to mid term research and development projects to secure seed quality in a end to end approach in Supply chain. He will also contribute to trouble shouting technical challenges critical for the business together with Supply chain stakeholders as seed physiologist expert.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to troubleshooting technical problems that arise in plant operations, seed production
  • Help develop process control measures to validate the processes
  • Collaborate with local agri institutions & also with HMC global for transfer of knowledge
